    Try installing with the network disabled. Also try adding this to the registry: in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown create bUpdater of the type REG_DWORD with the value 0
