    Can you load windows 7 on top of itself as an upgrade? Maybe some critical windows system file got overwritten or corrupted...?

    Did you upgrade or was it a clean install? Is it a relatively new Pc? Also which version of Windows 10 did you try to load? If it is the newest, maybe an older version would work..? It can be a hardware issue.

    There's a lot of PC unlocker software out there; get a friend to download ond and "burn" one to USB or CD and boot into your laptop BIOS. Choose to boot into CD or USB and follow the instructions. If you did not do anything drastic, a "Check disk" and repair form you original operating system...

    May I suggest you try the latest Ratiborus KMS Tools. It will give you the usual 180 days renewable. Regards.
