yes i did end up figuring this out before i made this post but still....... i geuss microsoft likes to leaves enough tasks for us power users to potentially incentivise, ill make my whole life savings putting desktop icons on peoples backgrounds.......

my avast software didint like it so i reverted to using photoshop cs6. probably the one feature im missing is the select subject thing..... but it pushes me to just do it manualy using the selection tools and i end up getting better at the program anyway. cs6 runs buttery smooth, even on 8 gb...

are you using a good antivirus

ive gone back to just using photoshop cs6.... honestly its fine for my work and runs really nice....... if u want that ai stuff, u can just use third party web apps seperatley....... i use avast and it flags all the newer photoshops as untrustable

time for a format my friend.....,..... this stuff gets outa control and is probably a virus. backup your most important files and reset. if the issue persists, consider a good antivirus. I use avast,l its been helping me........ PS..... microsoft wants you to pay every time you format.... so...
