    Unable to patch setup files for boot

    I cant afford windows 11 (spend all my funds on new hardware). Downloaded an iso. Trying to create a bootable USB drive via Rufus. When its about 99% done I receive this error message. "Unable to patch setup files for boot". Any/all help is greatly appreciated. When I look on the flash drive...
