    How to Install Windows 8.1 RTM

    So im Super new to This whole computer thing im running windows vista just downloaded windows 8.1. From a torrent site. But Now i have No idea what To Do Some one Told me i needed a blank Disk Some one told me i Did not. im not even sure if i had a disk what to put on it. I just down loaded...
