Do I click on the VPN x to block it?
The trust thing currently if I want to view an item in ebay it won't let me view it unless I click 'allow' I would prefer not to have that but how do I stop it.
A couple of other things.......
What is the VPN symbol for, do I leave or click on it? Also the trust thing.
gets annoying seeing all the `new` things moving from win7 to 11 and wondering if they are necessary.
Thanks for the replies, I use Firefox and don't knowingly use cloud storage.
My main use is photoshop so will probably have to keep adobe creative cloud.
I will uninstall the others one at a time and see if it affects my usage.

I haven't updated windows yet, i did however type in the certutil..... and got this message:
certutil -generateSSTFromWU roots.sst
When I type that in I get message.
certutil –generateSSTFromWU’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file.

Wireless working of for internet, however when I try and send a programme to my 3d printer I get this message.
..."Reason: curl:SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not ok:SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate [Error 60]"....

I have a couple of other issues to resolve first so currently using the old pc win7 mostly at the moment. It is on the cards to look at other browsers when I fully move to the win 11 pc.

On the attached image how to I delete that `bookmark` horizontal bar underlined in red, to me it is just a duplicate of the bookmark menu on the left of page.
I downloaded `startallblack` and yes I got my start menu etc back to more like win7.
Thanks to those that suggested it, over the coming days I will see what else i can change.
ok so I got to open navigation pane (see attached), but I don't see how to move from stage 3 to stage 4.
Open File Explorer
Go to View → Navigation Pane
Make sure only Navigation Pane is checked
Uncheck everything else.
I am not seeing how to disable...
