    System Protection Missing but Protection is on, why?

    Can someone PLEASE help me? I am a senior citizen and not very computer savvy. On the image attached, under system protection, the SYSTEM and C drive indicate that they are missing, but yet, the protection is on. How can I correct this issue by getting rid of those missing items which I assume...
