    KeePass Password Safe

    With Last Pass you need nternet access, not so with KeePass as it is a desktop app which stores and encrypts your passord data - and witht hat being said, LastPass needs to be installed as a browser add-on/extension. **nix on the internet access - I was wrong. Just tested LastPass in airplane...
