I think I just realised one thing that was going on. When I downloaded the file I didn't realise I didn't have virtual clone drive installed at the time, so the icon was the winrar icon. Hence my extracting and creating an ISO out of it. I wonder if that has had an effect? I also forgot I used...

Is it possible that the way I burnt it onto disc could affect something like this? Or maybe that I used ImgBurn to convert the xp folder into an iso and then burnt the iso to disc?
