    Try this app out for backups it's pretty tight: https://www.macrium.com/reflectfree# does a splendid job backing up/restoring.

    try starting up in safe mode (https://www.businessinsider.com/windows-10-safe-mode) and run terminal, run chkdsk /B worth a shot
