Adobe Acrobat XI 1122 final msp issue

Hello,

I downloaded the latest Acrobat Pro XI 1122 by TechTips, from the pirate bay, but my windows 11 computer will not allow me to extract the AcrobatUpd11021.msp file to run it. I was allowed to extract the AcrobatUpd11022.msp file, but cannot run that one without running the other one first.

I keep getting the error 0x8096002A error

Any idea how to get my computer to allow the extraction of that file? I have disabled every protection I can find to allow it through but still cannot.
