Adobe Photoshop v24 Problem: "This app is not adobe original e and may be retired soon(...)"

My photoshop keeps showing the window that it is not original and that it will be deactivated in X days, and that was from one day to the next.

I can tell everyone that I've tried EVERYTHING, or almost everything...

- Uninstalled and installed separate and pre-cracked crack version
- I uninstalled and installed older versions
- Removed system registry from adobe Photoshop
- Manually blocked adobe photoshop internet access
- %ProgramFiles% (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\ADS\Adobe Desktop Service.exe
- %ProgramFiles% (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\IPCBox\AdobeIPCBroker.exe
- %ProgramFiles%\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Photoshop.exe
- I looked for some service and process on the adobe computer that was doing this but found nothing

Well... I said I did ALMOST everything, so the last thing would be to format the computer, but we all know how annoying it is to do that...

Does anyone have a solution in mind?
Obs.: I'm currently trying to use the "Adobe Photoshop 2023 v24.1.0.166 (x64) FULL [TheWindowsForum.com]"

Below is a print of the window that appears to me (I apologize for being in Portuguese):

I think this has to do with me removing and installing the adobe packages several times, somehow there is a file or registry, which is not being identified by Revo Uninstaller, which causes this message to appear.

The only solution I've seen is to format the computer.

BUT, one thing... the countdown is over, and my photoshop keeps opening normally, however, the countdown is back as if it had been reset.

Maybe they won't be able to do anything at all... But this message should stay until I format the pc.

If anyone knows another solution...

Adm @ThumperTM , u can close this post, my unique solution to solve this was: Reinstall the operacional system with formatation of the HD.

Good lucky to anyone when take this problem too.

I see that the OP is from April 28. I've been using Adobe Photoshop 24.2.0 most days ever since before then, but I just got the "message" about an hour ago for the first ever. I didn't remove or installed any Adobe packages. The only thing I've done is edit pictures here and there.

Disin Koala has got it right. Something as innocent as Acrobat can go snooping around in your hard drive. Adobe has always led the way with covert snooping as an anti-piracy practice.

That's what I've been trying to figure out. I don't have any other Adobe programs installed, other than the Adobe Creative Cloud Experience, which was installed with Photoshop on April 24, 2023. (One month to the problem. Which made me wonder if it was a timed thing.) On a brand new Windows 10 installation.

I manually checked both Program Files folders to see if anything was out of place. The last two programs that I installed before the problem were Microsoft Powertoys on May 25 at 3:56 am. And before that it was Voice.ai, on May 12, 2023.

I downloaded two portable apps on May 23, which were Krita Portable and Darktable Portable. And I also update my K-Lite Codec Pack. Other than those things, I pretty much just browse the internet on this computer.

I'm not complaining or anything, it's just kind of fun trying to figure out the problem.

I've had Photoshop open for a couple of hours now, just waiting, and it looks like the batch file worked.

I read the instructions on my phone, and when I got home I ran it on all the folders in C:\Program Files\Adobe (Adobe Creative, Cloud Experience, etc.) I ran Photoshop and it didn't work. :(

But then later I remembered that I was supposed to run as an Administrator. So then I just ran it as an administrator only in the Adobe Photoshop 2023 folder, and so far, it works.

I wish I had that batch file ten years ago, under Windows 7, when I manually blocked like 20 files for a program called Natural Reader.

I will donate once I get a new job.

I have uninstalled the newer version , and installed the older version, for example 2020, while open the app, it ask for repair and quit, click the quit , thats all photoshop opens.

the best solution to this is to use the "CCStopper" .bat file, hosted on github. No need to uninstall anything or, lol, reformat. Run the .bat file as admin, go through the command terminal prompts. Bingo bango.

You're welcome.

Thanks for share!

Someone please try this bat file, and let us know if it solve Adobe issue.

I am experiencing the unlicensed error as well.

Downloaded both BAT files; ran all processes.

Hasn't worked for me, the issue remains.
