adobe premiere CC 2017 problems

I torrented the adobe premiere CC 2017 but I ran into an issue. It shows premiere portable but it is just a white paper icon and I can't click on it or run as admin. What do I do?

same problem here, i click but nothing happens.

fixed by opening the file in the zip manager and extracting the two .exe only, they have an icon now and they weight more kb
