A CamTran bus picked up an unscheduled passenger on Tuesday evening -- a white-tailed deer.
The incident happened around 6:30 p.m. in the 200 block of Goucher Street in Johnstown.
CamTran spokesman Josh Yoder said the bus was carrying one female passenger when the deer crashed through the windshield of it.
"The driver immediately stopped the bus," Yoder said. "He opened the door and the deer just walked off the bus."
No one was injured.
The bus was taken to the maintenance garage on Central Avenue. There was no word on what happened to the deer and the footage provided by CamTran did not show the deer exiting the bus.
