I am watching Cloudflare slowly becoming more and more involved into day to day Internet activities. For example the VPN blacklist IP subscription, updated constantly. It wouldn't bother me if they were more transparent into their activities and services to the average user.
For many the lure of being the fastest DNS service have drawn many away from Google's DNS. At least Google has been forthcoming of what they do and do not do with DNS queries to their server vs. Cloudflare that gives you some blah, blah but doesn't really spell that out in their TOS that isn't required to use their DNS. So there are two instances, who knows what else they do with your info? Keep in mind it costs them money to provide the DNS to it must generate some kind of income.
In 2025 I would keep a close eye on Cloudflare, they have to be looking to capitalize on their investments. Google already does however they are more forthcoming and do offer you a way to opt-out. The EU must be starting to take a look at Cloudflare so stay tuned. Google has the ability capitalize on the user but spells that out rather understandably.

I don't think that they monetize there ip to name converter service commonly called dns. More like value added to existing services.

Recently i start using there hosting service to test it out and at this point they are the most accurate visitor stats service with full detail. Things like success hits, failed hits, malformed hits, encrypted hits, country, ip, etc are at the webmaster disposal with the famous ddos protection.

Have a look here:

The domain pages.dev are owned by Cloudflare and they giveaway hosting up to 25mb to any user, if i'm not wrong. Essentially is the size of uncompressed version of WordPress for free.

Takes bawlz to host that content on their site. Somebody must have posted a bounty on rouge IPTV providers and they are prosecuting the heck out of them.
I still think cloudflare must be aggregating DNS lookup stats for sale, I wouldn't be surprised if Google is playing the same game.
I still feel like users are unwittingly sacrificing more and more privacy in many ways that we aren't fully aware of yet. Just be aware of that and temper your web activities with that in mind. It never hurts to intentionally mix some bogus info to your activities at random intervals to throw those trackers off your trail.

There is no problem with the iptv streams available with the link above. It's free iptv, if it was paid iptv then there was a problem.

Yes, you are correct, conspiracy theories about cloudflare extracting information and breaking privacy has been on the news.

Cloudflare (we dont sell your data honestly!!!!) yeah need I say any more. You want out of computer storage. Windows 7 PC, couple of 4TB NAS drives and get WAMP Server running .
If god had intended your data to be kept on someone elses machine somewhere in the world that you or indeed anyone in the server building, could access easily as 0% of it is encrypted.

Make a home server and use your own IP Adress to access your data / gaming from inside your own home and only you has access without the passcode, all 512 bytes of it. My home server can be accessed by my Windows Tablet and Windows Phone and to a limited extent by my Android phone. Does exactly what I want and costs me a few pennies a day to run. Its available to all my home network including the TV and Xbox.

SO yeah paying a sub to have someone hold onto your data, no thanks.

Good posts all, nice thread
