I used to be a blackhat but now I'm a whitehat. I want to provide safe access to the web and potentially develop a web browser that has the capability to debunk false information on the internet so people stop getting scammed. I will need help and I am an intermediate level programmer in Java and C++ thinking about starting python classes. Also, I have decent knowledge about networking...bandwidth, access points in broadband dead zones, and can address IPv4 vs IPv6.
