Windows 10 install a patch. Is it safe ?

So what is your specific question? What software are you talking about? Did you check it with virustotal? Keep in mind a positive doesn't instantly mean it's bad, it depends what it is identified as. There are legit cracks out there that refer to this forum, but coming from that source it may or may not be the original crack. 1337x is a more reliable source, usually if there's a problem there will be posts letting you know and the post will be removed soon after that.
 
Microsoft explicitly states this update is intended to act as a patch for bugs and glitches and is not a security fix. This means installing it is ultimately less important than installing a security patch. so it is not safe to install a patch.
 
NO. There is no patch for Windows 10. Just serial and KMS or Digital Licence.
