localhost and File Explorer

I just got my new Asus Vivobook 15 up and running. I've been trying to map drives to my local folders that I had on my old win 10 laptop but it's not finding \\localhost, \\Computername, or \\127.0.0.1. I've checked the host file and 127.0.0.1 is in there, enabled the whole IIS thing in Programs and features and nothing. What am I missing?

It's actually easy to map drives in Windows 10, just way different than in the past (at least to me).
