Mac 2016 v15.13.3 Outlook

Hi there,

Recently installed Office and everything was fine except Outlook. It wouldn't open unless I updated it, so I did. Now it's stuck in offline mode unless I activate.

Any advice? Reinstall? If I reinstall, how do I get it to work without an update from Microsoft?
