duribg upgrade window 10 media creatrion tool autodetects my OS which is 32 bit and install 32 bit window 10 but i wish to install 64 bit window 10 during upgrade and not selecting usb.
how to install 64 bit os on 32 bit os during online install or upgrade.
thanks.

Not possible my friend. You can only upgrade 32 bit ---> 32 bit and 64 bit ---> 64 bit.
If you want to change to 64 bit you must do a FRESH INSTALL.
If you need to CREATE a 64 bit installer you should have been been given the that choice at the Microsoft download page but I think you are aware of that.
Sorry to have to tell you this but it's not possible to upgrade a Windows 32 bit O/S to a 64 bit O/S and I think that is what you are asking.
