The steps to take:
1. Go to the directory of /Windows. Most people it will be C:\WINDOWS.
1a. Make a new folder called Winmod
1b. Copy Explorer.exe into the new folder called WinMod ... COPY not move. Ctrl + C then paste into the new folder. once again, DONT MOVE IT.
1c. Open up Resource hacker and navigate to the Winmod folder and click the copied explorer.exe
1d. Navigate to String Table -> 37 -> 1033.
1e. Change the "start" to "[Text here]" and change [Text here] with whatever. Keep the quotes.

Part 1 done!!!

Part 2 is a bit easier and the hard bit is done now.

2. Click the start button and go to "Run" and type in Regedit.
2a.Navigate through the registry to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ Windows NT\ CurrentVersion\ Winlogon and look for the Registry Entry "Shell" and click it.
