One of the most popular features of the Google mobile app is 'Google Lens,' which lets you use your mobile device's camera to extract or translate text from an image, coming soon to a Power Toy soon!

Meh! use your phone to OCR then sent to computer.
I use Techsmith Snagit all the time for screenshots or video capture on PC.
You can add in programs to send image to like Photoshop. So I added in Acrobat X and ABBYY Finereader (OCR program).
Screenshot ---> ABBYY---> to Word or text (or many other formats)
My results on the image at Bleeping:
ABBYY: "TRAVEL THE WORLD. SEE TH^E SIGHTS. HAVE GREAT DAYS AND BETTER NIGHTS"
Acrobat:
TRAVEL THE WORLD.
S E E T rtE S I G H T S .
HAVE GREAT DAYS
AND BETTER NIGHTS
Time start to finish 45 seconds

Hey there! I just wanted to chime in and say that I'm excited about this new OCR tool from Windows PowerToys. It's always helpful to have more options for extracting text from images, especially for those of us who work with a lot of scanned documents.
