NO OS on old dell pc so how to install win 10 from TPB which i d/loaded to my laptop

Hi
Got an old dell which the kids are going to use.
Ive downloaded win10 from thumper (I always use thumper)
but I'm a tad confused of how to get the download from my laptop onto the old dell
Can I use USB?
Or
DVD.
and from thumper file on TPB what files do i transfer over to the usb?
I know how to boot on the dell by changing boot option.
Its the installation of win10 from thumper which is on my laptop, getting those files onto the old dell

BTW.......im not a computer geek, I know enough to get by but can I as please ask to talk English...heheheh

Here's a great tutorial on YouTube, step by step. It may be a little long for some of you but this guy walks you through all steps. He does a great job of providing answers to just about every question that may come up.
