Old guy learning new tricks

Hi folks, totally new to this torrenting thinghy, my son in law suggested it so I'm giving it a whirl. I'm Bill, I'm a Brit living and loving it in Bulgaria. Now where do I find this patch thinghy for MS office 16?

Hope not to be too much of a pain asking what could be the most blatantly obvious questions, please be gentle with me.
