I have been hacking those cheap <$20 Asian cameras. Believe it or not since they use a central server they are far more secure than these Ring cams.
Not sure how to secure the Ring units yet no time to read up but if you have one or know someone who does

Do you have keywords/dorks to locate those cameras?
Nope. I have a few $10 Asian ptz from different sources to hack and point them away from the servers in China. I am waiting for someone to dump the ROM and post it so I can get to work. I am too lazy to bother with that right now. Waiting for the snow to start flying and getting stuck inside.

If you already have a camera, just visit the web interface and collect the text info visible to the user. This way you can build dorks, specially if serial numbers or version is visible.

Post a printscreen from the camera homepage.
