Photoshop 2023

Hi everyone, excuse me if this is in the wrong place, I couldn't find a way to
post something fresh in "Photoshop 2023 Help" and none of the other posts
were having my issue.

I have installed Photoshop 2023 and followed the installation Read Me notes
perfectly but I'm getting the following screen when I open the program, for which
I can't find a solution. See screenshot. Can anyone provide some suggestions?

Remove using adobe uninstaller or use Revo uninstaller (or other uninstaller software), reboot and install last version.

Thanks for that...one quick question...install last version via the Set-up.exe file or the Photoshop.exe file?
