Have just installed the program and scanned my pc... My Subcription status is Active and time remaining appears correct at 1172 days..
Can someone please tell me why I need to have "" A cleanup license Key "" to remove threats .. and how do I acquire that License key?... many thanks

Basically, I can scan for viruses etc, just can't remove them.
