Releasing .NET Framework 4.8.1 to the Release Preview Channel

Hello Windows Insiders, today we’re releasing .NET Framework 4.8.1 (KB5011048) to Insiders in the Release Preview Channel on Windows 11, version 21H2 (original release), Windows 10, version 21H2 (LTSC), and Windows 10, version 22H2. .NET Framework 4.8.1 includes native support for the Arm64 architecture (on Windows 11 only), as well as accessibility improvements and other improvements.
