STEPS IN MAKING YOUR USB BOOTABLE (NO BUILT N CDROM DRIVE)

1. RUN COMMAND PROMPT AS ADMIN (RIGHT CLICK THEN SELECT RUN AS ADMIN)
TYPE IN AS FOLLOWS:
1. DISKPART
2. LISTDISK
3. SELECT DISK 1 (MAKE SURE U REMOVE ALL PORTABLE DRIVES AND INSERT YOUR USB IN PORT1)
4. CLEAN
5. CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY
6. SELECT PARTITION 1
7. ACTIVE
8. FORMAT FS=NTFS (WAIT UNTIL THE CONVERSION PROCESS REACH 100%)
9. ASSIGN LETTER=X (YOU CAN CHOOSE ANY LETTER YOU PREFER)
> NOW YOUR USB IS ALREADY PORTABLE

IN TRANSFERRING DATA FROM CD; HARD DRIVE; THE LIKE, EXECUTE THE FOLLOWING IN COMMAND PROMPT.

1. D: CD BOOT (LETTER D IS SELECTED ASSUMING THAT THE DRIVE WHERE YOUR DATA TO BE TRANSFERRED ASSIGNED LETTER IS D)
2. CD BOOT
3. BOOTSECT.EXE/NT60 H:

(ONCE YOUR DONE DOING ALL THE STEPS. CLOSE COMMAND PROMPT WINDOW AND SIMPLY COPY PASTE THE DATA YOU WHAT TO RUN IN YOUR BOOTABLE USB)

> ENJOY! YOUR BOOTABLE USB WITH DATA IS READY TO USE :D

Just use Rufus (google it). It's free and it has a portable version. As for a multiboot of different windows isos, not worth the trouble. The std windows installer will get confused and fail as it will not be able to automatically do the extra steps involved as it has to reboot a couple times.
When using a usb instead of a cd/dvd to install, just make sure to unplug it when the installer reboots machine, otherwise it will try to reinstall from the flash over again. The installer will load all necessary files to the hd first and when rebooting will not need the flash. Just plug it back in when asked by the installer.
