VM's

When building a Windows 10 machine in VM ware and also Hyper V I am getting this err msg.
I have download the iso file from microsoft four times thinking it maybe a corruption during downloading, I created a win7 vm no problem think it may be vm ware or hyper v
Am i missing something , a setting maybe. Cheers

Please ignore the last post , I have sorted it i had done any labbing in a while, I for got to seltec my iso file under CD-rom options
