You need to look around. I got this yesterday direct from a server found on archive.org.
few minute D/L on a 1gb/s line (an aside but I called my ISP on an unrelated charge to be removed and they offered me an upgrade from my 300mb/s line [over provisioned to 500mb/s] to 1gb/s for $10 less/month and lock me in for 4 years. How could I refuse?).
