Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant is stuck at 99% - Microsoft Support

I had the same issue recently — stuck at 99% for hours. Copying the Media folder from C:\$GetCurrent to the desktop, restarting, and then running setup.exe manually worked perfectly for me. Just make sure hidden files are visible. Also, check for driver updates after the upgrade — saved me a ton of time!
