The computer encountered unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart and then restart the installation. Nothing happens. It just returns to this error.
 
Corrupt ISO more than likely. Bad HD and RAM will also return that error.
Use the Microsoft tool to create the bootable version. If you're tweaking an 11 installation to a non compliant system, try using another tool to create the ISO or (gasp) burn a bootable DVD. You remember those shiny round things with the hole in the middle?

While you are doing what @DVDR_Dog suggested be sure to delete all the system drives boot partitions create a new partition and format it.
 
It is useful to boot the system from the Strelec Boot ISO to see if it will work and inspect the system with the tools in Strelec.
