Hi, yes. The idea behind this service was to encapsulate a free resource and rebrand as hacxx iptv. The user just need to grab the link and paste on VLC Player to get 10000+ channels.

How does this work exactly? I went to the PacketStream site and it's saying it's a P2P proxy service. I guess my main question is would a peer be given my real IP and if so and they used it to look at CP or just anything illegal would it come back on me?

You are getting it wrong, install vlc and open the bit.ly link as a stream.

About PacketStream, they pay users to turn a computer into a proxy. The ip will be available to PacketStream clients. They charge around $300 per month which makes it possible to make money with them.

I've got VLC and am up on opening m3u links. I just noticed your signature and thought maybe I'd make a quick buck. I'm not sure I've got the bandwidth to let others use my connection though. I've only got 80MB up and am running a Plex server. But normally don't have more than 3 viewing 1080p content.

I will confirm it works fine with the option in VLC the playstream popup then paste the link and in about 20 seconds it starts playing.
