    How to Install from an Ultra ISO file?

    Hey folks, I am trying to install a program from an Ultra ISO file. When I open the file using Ultra ISO I am greeted with a string of folders. I have tried navigating to the one marked Setup but none of the applications in that folder actually work. Any ideas? (I'm very new at this)
