How to Install from an Ultra ISO file?

Hey folks,
I am trying to install a program from an Ultra ISO file. When I open the file using Ultra ISO I am greeted with a string of folders. I have tried navigating to the one marked Setup but none of the applications in that folder actually work. Any ideas? (I'm very new at this)

P.S. The program is Civil 3D.

Give him step by step on how to mount drive. On newer versions of windows @lkjhsadflkjh just need to right click the iso.
