hello well my Name is Andrea. I'm from South America but I'm currently in California, USA. I have problems with my windows 10 pro ..after 2 weeks now is asking for activation key I have NO idea.... I'm a very basic user.... HELP!!! if someone provide a sept by step I will SOOO freaking thankful- PRINCESS996
