I'm trying to run the Medicat .bat installer from the HD of an older Win7 Laptop, but am getting an error message stating curl.exe can't be found. Antly idea what curl.exe is or why it can't be found? Maybe Win7 is just to old and raggedy to run anything current/ modern?
