Activate Windows
As an alternate option, you can open the Run prompt by using the command Window+R, after that enter the command "SLUI 4". A windows activation dialogue box will appear. After that follow the instructions as appeared in the dialogue box.- Theodore

Get apps from Microsoft Store on your Windows PC - Microsoft Support
Go to the Start button, then select Microsoft Store from the list of apps. Then, visit the Apps or Games tab in Microsoft Store. If you want to see more categories, tap on Show all option at the end of the row. Last, choose the app or game you want to download, then select the Get tab.- Theodore

Installing Windows 10
Yes, you can install it from the USB drive by making the USB drive bootable using Rufus software. The other way is to make a bootable DVD using Nero or some other software. Note: Do not forget to change the boot order in BIOS.- Theodore
