activation

I tried installing this with the KVM Activator and it tells me that Office 365 is installed with a subscription. Does anyone know how to remove 365 and convert back over to retail? I had two installations removed them both reinstalled tried again and still nothing, it appears I am in uncharted...

Hi All, We recently downloaded the Microsoft Office PRO Plus 2021 Retail Version 2108 Build 14326.2 but the KMS_VL_ALL_AIO.cmd is not included in the Activator folder. Tried to check hidden folders but couldn't find it. Office is requesting an activation key by November 7th. Thanks,
