ACTIVATOR folder has no activator file in it. ---Microsoft Office PRO Plus 2021 Retail Version 2108 Build 14326.20454 FULL---

Help please. I tried to follow the installation but when I get to the 2nd step which is running the activator, the ACTIVATOR folder has the jpg and note only, no activator.
Windows Defender was off. See image:

Defender had already quarantined the activator by the time you disabled it. That being said are you sure you disabled defender? It’s a little tricky to do so. If you do a search of this forum disabling defender has been discussed ad nauseum.

disable real time protection

Read this always do this when we first boot or install a fresh windows or you patches, cracks etc. will get zapped
