Guys,
Apart from using a 'hosts' file which i can attach if requested.
I use 'TinyWall' a very small firewall that blocks everything by default after installation, leave it like that, when you want to use Photoshop.
When not using Photoshop, right clock on the 'TinyWall' tray icon and select 'Change Mode', then 'Disable Firewall'.
By the way, disable windows firewall and just use 'TinyWall'.
I've attached it for you guys, it's FREE and it's safe.
