can not acivate windows 8

Hello

I am Zoran and i have downloaded WINDOWS 8 ENTERPRISE-N RTM X64 VOLUME ENGLISH BOOT DVD [ThumperD and installed. now i would like to activate it. i have activcated administrator accoutn and in cmd and put this slmgr -ipk JMNMF-RHW7P-DMY6X-RF3DR-X2BQT

slmgr -skms 147.134.1.42:1688

slmgr -ato

in the end i got this messsage no key management service kms could be contacted.
