CCleaner

Hi every-one. My online name will be "butterfly" and I'm sticking with it for other reason then it is .
I am looking for a recent copy of CCleaner. It is a very good program and helped me a lot in the past.
Anyone out there can help me out? It would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I just installed CCleaner. I followed the following instructions:

1) Stop the application if started. Done!
2) Install application using provided installer and do not reboot. Done!
3) Disable internet connection. Done!
4) Use one of serials provided. Done!
5) block the connection with a firewall C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file: 127.0.0.1 license.piriform.com
DONE! Need help here.

On Step 5 how do I edit the Hosts file to add 127.0.0.1 license.piriform.com
