Windows 10 Connection Issue

A few days ago I had a problem connecting to my VPN and as a last resort I reset my Windows 10 PC,what happened then was the PC I reset it and after that the PC would not connect to the WiFi also it would not recognise the Keyboard or the Mouse,so connected an old Vista PC and that was ok,so thinking the Windows 10 PC was broken I ordered a Windows 11 PC but that had the same problems as my Windows 10 PC,I'm just hoping someone on this Forum can help me,Thank you

Have you tried resetting your router? Since you have experienced the problem with multiple systems,that would be the next logical step. I take it if the network cables are in good order as well.
