crack - access denied

G'day, I suspect this a dumb question but I didn't pretend to be smart.....
Download Advanced System Organizer from TPB. When I dragged the crack file to replace the original I got access denied. I downgraded permissions but no good. Can you help?

Make sure that "Advanced System Organizer" is closed then drag crack file
