I'm looking for recommendations for a free firewall to install on a Vista VMware virtual machine.
In the past I've used ZoneAlarm, and have been satisfied.
However this time around when I installed the "free" version the pro was installed.
(Downloaded a second time from a different site and got the same result.)
The pro version has anti-virus which would probably cause problems with already installed AVG.
(Even if it defaults to the free version after 30 days.)
Next I tried the Comodo firewall .... seems to install lots of other "stuff".
Just thought I see if anyone might have suggestions for alternatives to these two firewalls.
