Typically pointless Microsoft "security." Slows the innocent user down, but would do absolutely nothing to stop an actual threat. I did enjoy the nice looking boxes their antivirus discs used to be sold in though.
 
I use it all the time, i released a tool just for this.
Windows Firewall is bulletproof. It would be nice if Microsoft gave users a little better control of it. You can control many parts of it but it is not exactly intuitive and overly complicated to access for the average user.
