HELP: compress video to email!

I want to send my recorded video to my friends via Email. But when I add attachment, it shows me the video too large to email. I tried some file compressors whose output quality is too poor. Is any software/program can compress video to email without quality loss? Thanks in advance!

You can upload your video in cloud hosting link dropbox.com or mediafire.com or mega.co.nz then share download link with your friend.
