HELP HOW TO USE KMSpico 10.1.8 FINAL

I downloaded it but i can't make it run, i cant even open the folder or anything. and the "read me" instructions don't give me instrictions on how to start it.
is tehre anyone who can maybe give me a step by step on how to use it? Thanks

Hi,

Make sure that your anti-virus software is disabled while you open it, simple open.exe file as administrator and click red button.
